Don't spend $200 bucks on Dragon Naturally Speaking, use Simon instead. Designed specifically to assist the handicapped, anyone can use Simon to control the
desktop and create documents without using a keyboard or mouse. Note: Some of the documentation is only available in German, the program does work for English and Spanish speakers as well.
